We can’t wait to meet you! If it’s your first visit, which should take place around age 1 or when the first tooth erupts whichever comes first, you can expect a longer than usual appointment.

Here’s what will happen:

  • Dr. Ava and her staff want your child to feel comfortable and welcome in the dental chair and to see the kid-friendly instruments and equipment. She believes how smoothly future visits will go depends a lot on that first visit.
  • She may take that first digital X-ray when it’s needed.
  • Kids have a ball playing in the reception lounge and parents enjoy the gourmet coffee station.

Streamlining the treatment process and making it easy and convenient for today’s busy parents is important to Dr. Ava, who is also a busy parent to two small kiddos.
